Aligned with the DfE Reading Framework (2023) and my Inclusive Reading Framework (Moseley, 2023), this course focuses on creating a reading culture that supports all learners, from early phonics to fluent, purposeful reading.

Developing fluency, comprehension, and motivation
Supporting accessibility through assistive technology and adaptive strategies

Inclusive Strategies from Mark Making to Independent Writing
Informed by the DfE Writing Framework (2025) and my own Inclusive Writing Framework (Moseley, 2025), this session explores how to support writing development for all learners, from emergent to independent writers.
We’ll look at:
Multisensory and scaffolded approaches to build engagement and confidence
Using tools such as alternative pencils, Clicker, and adapted writing resources
Supporting transcription and composition with reduced cognitive load
Creating inclusive planning, recording and editing pathways
Progression routes from specialist to mainstream settings
Total Communication Approaches to Support Every Learner

This session focuses on building rich communication environments that support verbal, non-verbal, minimally verbal, and AAC users.

Use assistive technology and low/high-tech AAC tools
Promote social interaction and expressive language across the day
